Space Availability - Mashpee Public Library Meeting Rooms

 

Please follow these steps to request a meeting room:

1. Read the full Meeting Room Policy to determine if your meeting falls under our acceptable use guidelines. Meetings must be free and open to the public and cannot be exclusively social gatherings (e.g., no birthday parties, family reunions).

2. Click on the blue "info" box for more information about our Conference and Events Rooms and determine which spaces will best fit your needs.

3.  Use the arrows or calendar to navigate to the date you would like to book and check that it is available.  

4. If it is available, click on the time block that you would like under the room you are requesting.  The Events and Conference rooms can be requested for the following times:

 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm
 - Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and 5:00pm to 7:00pm

Please be sure to consider set-up and take down time in your planning.  It is okay if you do not need the full time period. 

5. Click on the blue "Submit Times" box 

6. Review your request and hit "Continue"

7. Fill out the form and submit.  You will receive an email from the library to let you know if your request has been approved.

8. A completed Town of Mashpee Liability Waiver must be submitted for your meeting room reservation to be complete. The Liability Waiver can be scanned and emailed to mplrooms@clamsnet.org or dropped off at the library.
